2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Unleashing Your Authentic Self or Possible Guest Speaker on Nutrition, Sound Healing or Other Modality

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Embracing Your Power

  • Teaching: Discuss the concept of personal power and how to claim it in all areas of life.
  • Exercise: Guided visualization to embody personal power and confidence.
  • Closing Circle: Reflect on the day's experiences and set intentions for the evening.
